Since the age of five, Chef Mark Roberts has had a passion to create amazing food. At age sixteen, he studied at L’Ecole Culinaire in St. Louis, Missouri. While at L’Ecole, he studied basic and advanced French techniques. He had the realization that he wanted to be a pastry chef, but after some time he learned of his true calling for the culinary side. Starting at the age of eighteen, he began his work in various kitchens, with the titles of Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. In 2018, he took a leap of faith and decided to bring his talents to the table and let everyone experience his artistry, with the start of Mark Roberts Catering.

Originally from Orange County, Amy has been a Registered Nurse for nearly ten years. Working in the pediatric field for seven years, she shifted her focus to adult care - with a touch of pediatrics - here in the Coachella Valley. She has a passion for all things eucalyptus, lavender, and antique. Since moving to Coachella Valley in 2019, Amy has worked alongside Mark in his catering endeavors, brining along her organizational abilities, marketing strategies, and event planning.
